North Northamptonshire JCS - Addendum to OAN Background Paper (July 2015)
This addendum to the January 2015 Housing Background Paper provides an update on two important inputs into the objective assessment of housing needs within the HMA: household projections and employment forecasts. In both cases, the updated evidence supports the conclusions of the January 2015 Housing Background Paper and the JCS requirement (Policy 28) for 35,000 additional dwellings over the plan period.
